1 . Be Honest
What exactly do you want? Do you really want what you want? Why? Be very clear.
2. Be Intentional
Choose to make decisions and take action on what's important to you. Intention increases our focus and commitment which brings more purpose and meaning to what we want.
3. Set Goals
Set measurable goals and track them. Write them down on paper or in your journal and set deadlines so you are able to hold yourself accountable.
4. Pay your dues…
Where attention goes energy flows eh! Energy is your effort, time, thoughts and emotions. All of this is needed towards what you want. Implementing a morning routine into your schedule not only helps with self-discipline, it also helps to set the tone for the day. This can make sure you give the energy needed towards what you want each and every day.
5. Affirm YourSelf
Speak it into existence! Recite positive affirmations to yourself daily. This is a great way to re-wire your brain to make positive changes. Don't say anything you don't truly believe. It's pointless.
6. Visualize & Script
Start writing in your journal what this new lifestyle, new success feels like. What does it look like? Write as many details as possible.
7. Never Give Up!
This is the most important step! Years ago my Dad told me “you would be surprised how many people were right at the finish line….right about to make it…..but they gave up.”
You must be aligned to what it is that you want. This can take time. Be patient. If you truly want to see what it is you want, stay focused, trust yourself, and trust divine timing.
