Peace and welcome! On my walk for a healed and more balanced life, mind and body, Yoga has become an important factor of my well being that I use to heal, grow and overcome stress. I am passionate to share with as many people as possible the amazing and incredible benefits of a Yoga practice.  
I hope that sharing my experiences and learnings will inspire people to implement a wholistic lifestyle by starting with small changes in which will bring you joy and enlightenment as it has brought me.
